Je verlies heeft alles veranderd, en hoe harder je probeert om terug te gaan naar wie je was, hoe verder het lijkt weg te glippen.
Je emoties overvallen je steeds vaker — onverwacht en intens. Het voelt alsof je de controle verliest, en je raakt uitgeput door de constante innerlijke strijd.

Je wilt grip krijgen op je emoties, meer rust in je hoofd en een manier vinden om met je verdriet te leven zonder dat het je volledig beheerst.

Met mijn rouwbegeleiding bied ik je een veilige plek waar alles wat je voelt er mag zijn.
Samen bedenken we rituelen die passen bij jouw unieke proces van rouw. Wandelen gebruik ik daarbij als middel om beweging en reflectie met elkaar te verbinden, zodat je op een natuurlijke manier ruimte maakt voor wat er speelt.
Je leert hoe je het verdriet dat je met je meedraagt niet langer hoeft weg te duwen, maar juist kunt verweven in je leven.
Zodat je met mildheid kunt stilstaan bij wat je bent verloren, zonder jezelf daarin te verliezen.
Gun jezelf de rust, de ademruimte en de vrijheid om weer verder te gaan — in verbinding met je verdriet, je herinneringen en de toekomst die nog voor je ligt.
